WHAT TO BRING ---THERE WILL BE A BBQ AREA BOOKED AND YOU NEED TO BRING ALL OF YOUR OWN PICNIC FOOD AND DRINK.I WILL COOK THE BBQ IF YOU LIKE!!!!
FEE ---- THE MAIN GATE PARK ENTRY FOR THE DAY IS $11.00 PER CAR

WE NEED TO CONFIRM THE NUMBERS SO WE CAN BOOK A COVERED SPACE. THE BOOKING FEE FOR THE PAVILION AREA IS $60.00 FOR UP TO 100 PEOPLE. I GUESS THAT WE WILL HAVE AROUND 45-50 THAT IS $1-2.00 PER PERSON THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID AS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THE AREA FOR SECURING THE SITE. WE WOULD HAVE THE AREA HELD FROM 10.00AM - 4.00 PM.THERE ARE TOILETS NEARBY, ALL SEATING IS UNDER COVER AND CLOSE TO THE PARKING FOR MOST PEOPLE.

1km north of the M4 Northern Rd intersection, meeting around 9.15am and leaving around 9.30am. Please��
